Our return policy is valid for 30 days after you have made a purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to provide you with a refund or an exchange.

In order to be qualified for reimbursement, the product must be in its original state and must be in its original wrapping material.

Returns are not allowed for certain items, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not eligible for return either.

In order to proceed with your filing, we will need proof of purchase such as a receipt.

Presents, tokens of appreciation, and kindness

If the item you bought was specified as a present and sent straight to you, you will get a store credit for the value of the product when you return it. When the item is received by the store, they will mail a gift voucher to you.

If the item was not specified as a present at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had it shipped to themselves to hand it to you afterward, we will give the gift giver a refund and they will know about your return.
